There are several books on Cocoon, Hibernate & Spring with some more coming out this semester. There are also on-line tutorials on using these technologies. So you have a number of options for reference material.

Prerequisites: Graduate standing, knowledge of Java or Smalltalk
Grading: Your grade will be based on homework (and quizzes if needed).
Cheating: Any one caught cheating will receive an F in the course.
